Terms of Service
Last updated 8 October 2026
Introduction
These Terms of Service govern access to Entersize, a size-chart and fit-tool service for commerce stores. By creating an account, connecting a store, installing an embed, or otherwise using Entersize, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms are a contract with the merchant or other business user who creates an account, connects a store, or installs an embed. A shopper who only opens a size chart or Size Finder on a store does not open an Entersize account. The purchase is with that store, under the store's own terms. These Terms cover Entersize only.
Entersize is intended for merchants, store operators, and other business users. If you use the service as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights granted to you under Polish, EU, or other applicable consumer protection law.
Operator
Entersize is operated by Jakub Jakubik, a sole trader entered in CEIDG, at Stara Góra 6D, 56-200 Stara Góra, Poland, NIP 5010083817, REGON 525332112.
Legal notices, complaints, and support requests: hello@entersize.com.
The service
Entersize lets you create size charts, match them to products, embed them on a storefront, and offer Size Finder. Integrations currently cover WooCommerce and Shopify. Shopify access is limited to reading products.
Plans are Free, Plus, and Pro. Limits, languages, templates, and Size Finder allowances are shown in the app and on the pricing page. Size Finder predictions past a plan's included amount can be billed as metered overage when that option is enabled.
Size Finder supports a size choice from the chart and the answers given. Results can be incomplete or a poor match for a particular body or garment. Check them before a purchase. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a promise of fit. This does not affect statutory rights.
Some features may be experimental or available only on selected plans. We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
Accounts and organizations
You can register with email and password or with Google. Email sign-up must be verified before you can sign in. To create an account you must be at least 18, or have authority to bind the business you represent. Shoppers do not need an Entersize account to open a chart or Size Finder on a store.
You must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure.
Each account has an organization. You are responsible for charts, rules, integrations, billing, embed settings, and everyone who uses that organization.
You can delete your account in the app. Deletion cancels an active subscription and removes the organization data tied to the account, subject to records we must keep by law.
Store integrations and merchant duties
When you connect a commerce store, you confirm that you have authority to connect it and to let Entersize read the product data needed for charts, matching, and embeds.
You are responsible for your products, size charts, storefront claims, size recommendations shown to shoppers, consumer disclosures, taxes, sales terms, and the laws that apply to your store.
You must tell shoppers, where required, that the embed and Size Finder process product context and, for Size Finder, measurements such as height, weight, age, gender, fit preference, body shape, and bra size. The shopper's browser may load the Entersize font from Google Fonts.
Uninstalling the Shopify app disconnects the store. A later Shopify shop-redact request deletes the stored Shopify connection and indexed data for that shop.
Data processing
Personal data about your account, billing, and this website is described in the Privacy Policy. For catalog data and shopper measurements submitted through your store, you are the controller and we are the processor.
We process that data only to provide charts and Size Finder, meter and bill usage, protect the service, and show you aggregate usage. We do not sell it. We do not use it to advertise to your shoppers.
The data covers store identifiers, product records you sync, and Size Finder snapshots described in the Privacy Policy. Data subjects are you, your authorized users, and shoppers who use the tools on your store. Processing lasts while the store is connected and the account is open, then for the retention period in the Privacy Policy.
We will follow documented instructions that do not conflict with these Terms or the law, keep the data confidential, use the providers described in the Privacy Policy as sub-processors, give you their names on request, inform you before adding or replacing one so you can object, and assist with access or deletion requests you cannot complete yourself. Shopper snapshots are not linked to a store customer id, so a request that only names a customer often cannot be matched.
You must have a lawful basis for the shopper data you ask us to process, and your own privacy notice must cover the embed and Size Finder.
Acceptable use
You must not use Entersize to break the law, violate third-party rights, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, bypass security or plan limits, scrape or overload systems, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or use the service for spam, fraud, malware, sanctions evasion, or misleading size or product claims.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe the service is being misused or when required by law, a platform provider, a payment provider, or a competent authority.
Plans, payments, and taxes
Paid plans are billed through Stripe, in advance, for the period shown at checkout. A free trial, if offered, is shown before you confirm. Overage for Size Finder, when enabled, is metered and billed by Stripe.
Prices are shown in the app or on the pricing page. Taxes are added when the law requires them. You are responsible for taxes, duties, and payment-provider fees that apply to your purchase, other than taxes we are legally required to collect. Mandatory refund or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
If payment fails or a subscription ends, paid features may return to the limits of the Free plan.
Consumer and digital service rights
The service is primarily a business tool. If mandatory Polish or EU consumer rules apply to you, those rules prevail over any conflicting part of these Terms.
If you are a consumer and order immediate access to a paid digital service, you may be asked to expressly consent to performance before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge the legal effect this may have on your withdrawal rights.
Intellectual property
Entersize, its software, design, branding, and documentation belong to the operator or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own store operations while your account is in good standing.
You keep rights to your store data, size-chart content, product data, and brand materials. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and secure that content to provide the service.
Chart templates and the global brand size library we supply stay ours. You may use them inside Entersize for your stores. You may not resell them as a standalone size-chart product.
Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy, including your rights and how to contact us. Connect only the store data needed for size charts, Size Finder, billing, support, security, and legal compliance.
Availability and security
We aim to keep Entersize available and secure, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. Interruptions may happen because of maintenance, incidents, third-party providers, platform changes, or events outside reasonable control.
You are responsible for checking size-chart and Size Finder behavior before relying on it in a live storefront, and for keeping your own copy of business-critical product information.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, third-party platform outages, or claims caused by your charts, product data, embed configuration, or a shopper's measurement answers. Size Finder output is guidance only.
If you are a business user, you are responsible for reasonable losses we suffer because you connected a store without authority, published unlawful content through Entersize, or broke these Terms. This does not apply where the law does not allow it, and it does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
How long these Terms last
These Terms apply while you use Entersize. You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We can suspend or end access as described under Acceptable use, or when a paid plan ends or payment fails.
After the account ends, the sections that still need to apply keep applying. That includes intellectual property, data processing, privacy, liability, and governing law.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints should describe the issue, affected account, relevant dates, and expected resolution, and be sent to hello@entersize.com. We should respond without undue delay and, for consumer complaints where Polish law applies, normally within 14 days.
Consumers may use available out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including assistance from local consumer ombudsmen, UOKiK information resources, or competent ADR bodies. Business users and the operator should first try to resolve disputes in good faith.
International use, sanctions, and export rules
You may use Entersize only where lawful. You must comply with applicable trade, sanctions, export-control, anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering, and consumer-protection laws in the countries where you operate or serve customers.
You must not use the service if you are subject to sanctions or if your use would cause Entersize, its operator, platform providers, or payment providers to breach applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security needs, or business changes. Material changes should be communicated in a reasonable way, such as through the app, email, or the website.
If you continue using Entersize after updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and, where applicable, cancel your paid plan.
Other terms
These Terms are the whole agreement about use of Entersize and replace earlier agreements about that use.
If a court finds part of these Terms invalid, the rest stays in effect, and that part is read as far as the law allows. Not enforcing a term once is not a waiver of it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without excluding mandatory protections granted by EU law or the law of the country where a protected consumer has habitual residence.
Disputes should be resolved by the competent Polish courts unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If you are a consumer, that law may also require us to sue you only in the country where you live.
